• Providing regulatory guidance in relation to the National Credit Act, Consumer Protection Act, Financial Intelligence Centre Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Protection of Personal Information, General Data Protection Regulations, Companies Act and Competition Act.
• Advising on the rules of the Takeover Regulation Panel in relation to “Affected Transactions” as contemplated in the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
• Facilitating employment law policies.
• Providing analysis and recommendations on organisational frameworks and structures by preparing/redesigning company organisation charts, identifying key organisational positions and defining job descriptions.
• Reviewing and updating company policies and organisational procedures.
• Facilitating and monitoring health and safety in the workplace and environment protection.
• Providing proactive advice and guidance on current and future regulatory and legislative requirements and guidelines that govern business activities.
